Throughout the entire process, Mariah went above and beyond. From the time I met her, to our additional property viewing to my property selection, to the closing process. Mariah was proactive and responsive.

We had an unusual amount of challenges during the closing process due to the lender and HOA.

In spite of this, Mariah remained extremely protective

;ensuring the lender prioritized my loan and the HOA provided documents needed which were not included in the closing documents I purchased.

My overall sales experience with Mariah was excellent.

However, the overall experience with the lender and HOA was poor. This is no way a reflection on Mariah she was the best and I would select het for future real estate transactions.

We needed to feel comfortable and that Mariah would have our best interest in mind and our certain requirements that we were looking for in our new home.

Mariah is kind, attentive and professional. She went out of her way to address concerns I had and sold a house in a pandemic! She met with every realtor/potential buyer issuing mask and gloves as needed and wiped down surfaces after the showing. She was available when needed and quick to address any concerns I had. Her suggested sale price was right on the money and 20 grand more than I expected. We got a full price offer. Our closing ran in to a few issues on the buyers side, Mariah stayed on top of the issues and kept my stress level to a minimum. She was also the person that found the perfect home for me 5 yrs previous.

Mariah met all of our needs and some. I feel that Mariah truly loves what she does and think of her as a friend as well.

It was clear from our first meeting that Mariah and I could work well together. I was selling my deceased aunt's home in Daytona Beach Shores -- I live in Illinois. She helped me coordinate getting the house cleaned out and prepped for sale. She coordinated home repairs from time to time (AC repair, removal of an old fence) and she arranged for the house to be hurricane ready (outside furniture in, hurricane shutters down, etc)

She went beyond the call of duty to help me out. She sold the house promptly at a very fair price within just a couple of months. She was a friend that was with me step by step. Thank you Mariah!
